- 02Review stage 02
Complete document review
We review the credentials and insurance material that applies to the company, each vehicle, and each driver.
- 03Review stage 03
Complete vehicle inspection
Each vehicle is checked against the published inspection form. The public pack lets you run the same self-check first.
- 04Review stage 04
Wait for written approval
A provider, vehicle, or driver is not eligible for an assignment until Nexo Access confirms approval in writing.

District, state, regional, county, and program requirements are not interchangeable. Check the guide for every place you plan to operate, then verify current requirements with the responsible authority.
