By using Nexo Access, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

Nexo Access provides a platform for scheduling and coordinating non-emergency medical transportation (NEMT) for Medicaid members, beginning with the District of Columbia and Maryland. Nexo Access is a medical transportation management organization: trips are delivered by credentialed transportation providers who operate the vehicles, while Nexo Access manages the service and coordinates between members, case workers, and those providers.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

By entering a mobile number in your Nexo Access account and checking the text-message consent box, you agree to receive account-related text messages from Nexo Access (FC Nexo, LLC) at that number: one-time sign-in codes and ride reminders you can confirm by replying YES. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply; check with your carrier. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message or by turning texts off in your account under Sign-in and security; after you opt out you will receive one confirmation text and no further messages unless you opt in again. Reply HELP, call 202-409-2970, or email admin@nexoaccess.com for help. Consent to texts is not a condition of using the service. You are responsible for keeping your mobile number current; if you give up your number, you agree to update your account so messages are not sent to its new holder. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Our Privacy Policy describes how we use your mobile number.

Transportation providers using this platform agree to maintain all required credentials, carry valid insurance, employ only credentialed drivers, and comply with all applicable Medicaid transportation regulations.

You may not use this platform to submit fraudulent claims, misrepresent trip completion, share account credentials, or circumvent any platform security measures.

Nexo Access manages the transportation service and answers for it under these terms and the standards of its provider network. Trips are performed by credentialed transportation provider companies, which carry their own liability insurance. To the fullest extent permitted by law, liability arising out of these terms or any trip is limited to direct damages, and Nexo Access is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising under them will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Maryland.
