Accessibility Statement

Accessibility is a design and testing commitment at Nexo Access. We use WCAG 2.2 Level AA criteria as a working reference. This statement is not a certification or claim of full conformance.

• Contrast: our design tokens use measured text and control-boundary contrast floors, and changed pairings are checked with luminance calculations rather than visual judgment alone.
• Keyboard: core navigation and form paths are tested with a keyboard. The site includes visible focus indicators and a “skip to main content” link.
• Motion: the site includes reduced-motion handling and static states for its authored motion surfaces.
• Structure: page templates use semantic landmarks, sequential headings, form labels tied to their fields, and descriptive link text.
• Language: plain wording throughout.

This statement covers the Nexo Access website at nexoaccess.com. The member portal is a separate application with its own sign-in.
