Why it exists
For years, our founder ran non-emergency medical transportation in the DMV and saw how small breaks in dispatch, credential files, and claim records became larger service problems later.
Nexo Access is the system our founder needed and could not buy. The industry often keeps key rules in binders: who may drive, which vehicle may serve a trip, what a complete record needs, and when that record is final. Nexo Access designs those rules into the platform.
The aim is one accountable path from the first booking to a checked claim. It is built for the DMV.
